
High-angle shots can make the subject look vulnerable or powerless when applied with the correct mood, setting, and effects. In film, they can make the scene more dramatic. This angle is the oposite of high angle, the camera is placed in the low part of the photo.
Psychologically, the effect of the low-angle shot is that it makes the subject look strong and powerful.
